Fantastic white wine from Veneto, Italy. The grapes are handpicked, carefully selected and afterwards dried for 40 days - the same method used for Amarone wines; therefore, among many it is nicknamed "The White Amarone". It is delicate, fruity, soft and well balanced especially suitable for tasteful dishes with pasta and fish as mild cheeses. Serve between 7º and 9ºC.
